Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. The class mentioned by students at the time of registrations would remain valid throughout the competition.
2. Magical Methods Foundation would not be liable to pay any travelling, boarding & lodging expenses to the participants.
3. Participants entering wrong class/ group would be disqualified.
4. Participants taking test not meant for him/her would be disqualified.
5. Participants found cheating / abetting cheating / using unfair means in any manner are liable to be disqualified.
6. Proof of posting will not constitute proof of delivery and no responsibility will be accepted for lost, damaged, illegible, delayed or mislaid couriers.
7. Xerox answer-sheet would not be accepted without taking written permission from Magical Methods Foundation.
8. Children of Magical Methods Foundation's employee are not eligible to participate.
9. Marks obtained by the students during the elimination rounds would not be disclosed to the participants or parents.
10. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
11. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
12. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
13. The decision of the organiser/judges would be final and binding and can not be contested. No correspondence would be entertained in this regard.
14. The management reserves the right to amend, reschedule, rework or completely scrap the event without assigning any reason whatsoever.
15. All Disputes subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
16. The management reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without giving any notice.
